Tatum Mahaffy

Tatum has been creating for as long as she can remember. From painting and sketching to crafting, sewing, and building model houses out of cardboard, she has always loved exploring new ways to bring ideas to life. Graphic design seemed like a natural step in her creative journey, allowing her to merge her love for art with purposeful communication.

That passion led her to study design at North Idaho College, where she learned how to translate artistic expression into thoughtful, functional design. Today, she continues to approach every project with curiosity and care, always eager to learn something new and push her creativity further. Even in her personal life, Tatum is continually exploring and learning. She and her husband enjoy a life rooted in creativity and curiosity, often spending time in the garden, cooking together, or relaxing with a good book.

At Blackbird Digital, Tatum works across branding, web, and print design, combining her artistic roots with a modern approach to create work that is engaging, intentional, and full of personality. She values collaboration and creativity, striving to bring fresh ideas and a thoughtful perspective to every project she takes on.
